15 years ago a couple of kids setup what was to be the pinnacle of search, an everyday verb and what is now undoubtedly the largest storer of data on the planet today.
We use Google daily with no thoughts about how the results are organised or, if you are like me, you work with clients to optimise their content and chances of appearing at the top of the search results.
However, as we will discover, it's not all about search, it's about much much more than that. For example, with Google's latest update "Hummingbird" we now move closer and closer to a true semantic search and a web that is almost precognitive and knows what we are looking for.
Both David Amerland and Mark Traphagen have agreed to Hangout and discuss this and many other elements of #AuthorRank and #SemanticSearch, how this may affect your results and indeed how you approach content creation.
