Taking the project from concept or blank page through to completion as quickly as possible working with the stakeholders and collaboratively designing a website from the ground up. Scout 50 would be a good example of a project that took this course.
We went from initial discussions through to user journeys and construct in less then a few days. The construct (without content) was completed in less than a week and that included three iterations. To get to the stage where we were soliciting freelancers to write the core code took another day or so and then the project went into a PM cycle where I simple oversaw the code being written and implemented.
These kinds of projects are very dynamic, great fun to work on and due to the speed of delivery and the fact that you might be working with a number of developers simultaneously across a number of time zones you have to be switched on (Hangouts at 3 am aren't uncommon).
